What is the S.W.E.E.P. Program?
Seven Oaks Seniors’ Links is proud to partner with Marymound School for an exciting program. Students from Marymound and their Coordinator are available to do yard work and snow shoveling for seniors in the Seven Oaks area.  This no cost service assists seniors with limited income.

F.Y.I. Brochures

Home Maintenance Program for Seniors
Linking community seniors with reliable and affordable home maintenance services and providing support in accessing these services when necessary. These services include but are not limited to housekeeping, yard work, minor home repairs and handyman chores. Click on the GO! for more information

Daily Hello/Friendly Phoners Program
A service for seniors who would like having the assurance of a daily or weekly phone call. A volunteer will phone to share some conversation, daily news, as well as checking up on thier well-being. We are now recruiting for participants and for volunteers, please call 612-3888 if you are interested.

Physical Activity Opportunities
We train, support and motivate older adults to lead and participate in senior-led walking groups (Steppin' Out) and senior-led exercise classes (Steppin' Up). Free Peer Leader Workshops are being offered to train new leaders to help others get in motion for good health. No experience is required!
