Seniors Supper Club
A great opportunity to get together, make new friends, and renew old acquaintances. At the present there are 103 members.

Membership is $5 for one (1) year for a single person and $8 for one (1) year for a couple. The meals are delicious and cost $14 - $16.

Membership is available to seniors from East and West St. Paul and surrounding areas. The supper club is held once a month through The Middlechurch Home of Winnipeg and includes speakers, who speak of issues that are important to seniors today or fun entertainment.


Meals On Wheels
Hot nutritious meals are delivered daily at lunch from The Middlechurch Home of Winnipeg to seniors in East and West St. Paul. Cost of the Meal is $6.00. Special salt free, fat free, diabetic diets and personal likes and dislikes are accommodated as much as possible.

Nursing Foot Care and Blood Pressure Clinic
The clinic is operated by trained foot care nurses and is held every eight weeks at The Middlechurch Home of Winnipeg. Cost for clinic is $22.

Massage Therapy
Held every Tuesday, 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm. Cost is $25 for 1/2 hour and $40 for 1 hour, plus GST.

Computer Lessons
We offer basic, intermediate, and advanced courses available at a low cost.
