During this interactive 90-minute program, parents and children alike will enjoy a variety of new songs, rhymes and finger plays as well as a book sharing circle. During each session, children also have the opportunity to express their creativity through crafts and educational activities while parents learn the art of making a homemade book for their child.

Parents and children alike will enjoy a variety of songs, rhymes and books focusing on the theme of healthy eating and nutrition. Each class features an interactive demonstration on how to prepare a nutritious and delicious snack that the entire family is sure to love!! Kids also have the opportunity to express their creativity through crafts and educational activities while parents create board games for kids and discuss food solutions for young children.
Or a Mother Goose GroupBest enjoyed by pre school children younger than three years old
Toddlers are introduced to the joy of songs, rhymes and finger plays in this 90 minute program. Sing along to your favourites while learning new lap, tickle and diapering songs/lullabies that are sure to delight and stimulate your little one. During toddler playtime, parents listen to a story that can then be shared with their toddler at a later time.
