Fitness Programs at Gwen Secter Centre

At Gwen Secter, we offer a wide variety of fitness courses to suit you, regardless of your range of motion or ability.

Here is a list of some of our programs:

Monday

9:30 ~ Low, Light & Lively

(low impact aerobics with a focus on stretching and strength training

Tuesday

9:30 ~ Move & Groove

(a gentle, low-impact workout incorporating salsa dancing)


9:30 ~ Line Dancing


11:00 ~ Active Adaptive Fitness (Chair or Standing)

(a class tailored for those who have experienced a stroke or have other concerns that limit daily activities)


Thursday

9:30 ~ Low, Light & Lively


Friday


9:30 ~ Move & Groove


10:30 ~ PACE (People with Arthritis Can Exercise)

(an exercise program created by the Arthritis Foundation and is specifically designed for people with arthritis and related conditions)
