Who should use the kit?
The kit is ideal for seniors, chronically ill persons, those who live alone or who have caregivers, and others who have difficulties or communication barriers. You may also want to take a copy of E.R.I.K. and your complete Health Care Directive whith you when you are away on a trip. It is important to update the information form as your information changes.
